Het is bijna weer zover! Deze zondag 5 juni is er een speciale Home Made Market in het Hofkwartier te Den Haag. De Home Made Market met al haar verrukkelijke huisgemaakte producten en coole trendy webshops offline vindt u in de Prinsestraat, (Korte) Molenstraat, Oude Molstraat, Nobelstraat en Rond de Grote Kerk.
Dat Den Haag een bron is van creativiteit en ondernemerschap bewijst de Home Made Market, ooit begonnen als jaarlijkse biologische markt en onder initiatief van buurtbewoners- en lokale ondernemers uitgegroeid tot een lifestyle-evenement waar mensen uit de hele stad en omstreken van kunnen genieten.
Het aanbod is breed; eten, mode, kunst, interieur design, sieraden en accessoires, vintage, en zelfs workshops, life muziek en theater, maar één ding staat centraal: alles wat de markt biedt is uniek, geproduceerd in kleine oplagen of handgemaakt. Ook voor de allerkleinsten is er een uitbundig activiteitenprogramma, waaronder spelletjes, poffertjes bakken, knutselen, pony ritjes en een Bunji trampoline.
This Sunday June 5th there will be a special edition of the Home Made Market in Hofkwartier the Hague. The Home Made Market with all it’s lovely home made delights and cool trendy webshops offline will be in the Prinsestraat, (Korte) Molenstraat, Oude Molstraat, Nobelstraat, Kerkplein and Rond de Grote Kerk.
The Hague is a hub for creativity and entrepreneurship and Home Made Market is there to prove it. What started as a yearly organic market has, by initiative of local inhabitants and businesses, grown into a life-style event to enjoy for the entire The Hague community and beyond. Since 2011 the market does yearly tours through the city and can be found in Hofkwartier this Sunday June 4th!
A wide variety of consumer goods is offered; food, fashion, art, interior design, jewelry and accessories, vintage and even entertainment like workshops, life music and theatre, all having one thing in common: everything the market offers is unique, produced in limited quantities or handmade. For the little ones too there is an abundance of activities like games, baking “poffertjes”, creative sticking, gluing, the cute pony’s and a Bunji trampoline.
