About

I’m a huge fan of Asian food; noodles, dim sum, soto soup and… sushi! In my opinion these fine fishes are the mothers of #foodporn.

Den Haag has a lot of very good sushi places, one of my favorites is Momiji. Why? Because they have this awesome mini treadmill filled with sushi! It’s like a never ending parade of good food, oh yes!

This tiny treadmill thing has a few benefits:

  • You don’t have to wait for your food. It’s right there waiting for you!
  • If you don’t feel like talking, just don’t. You just take the food of the treadmill and start eating, no waitress is involved.
  • You can eat a lot in a short amount of time. It saves you time.
  • The best thing for me, you don’t have to cook (I’m a bad cook, trust me, I manage to ruin a microwave meal…).

Besides the treadmill, it’s also possible to order a la carte sushi or one of their original Japanese hotspots, bento boxes or teppanyaki food.
Oh and during warm days, it’s even possible to sit outside! Seriously, sushi in the sun… We need you Summer!
