By far one of the coolest buildings (inside & out) in town: De Electriciteits Fabriek at De Constant Rebecqueplein in Den Haag. The building was designed in 1904 by A.A. Schadee, an architect in service of the city. You can still see a few of the old details, for example the green sign above the entrance and the stork a bit higher. During the years they made a lot of changes to the building, which is now owned by E-on. Nowadays the biggest ‘room’ in the building hosts a few cool and inspiring events each year. This space is so incredibly big and impressive, go check it out once there’s an event, it will blow your mind! It’s so pretty and sophisticated on the outside and yet super urban and industrial on the inside.
