About

Haha busted! This building, ‘t Goude Hooft (the golden head) used to be the oldest tavern in town, built in 1423. I like old stories about the city and how cool, knights used to have meetings here! In 1660 Pieter Post rebuild it and he added the golden heads on top of the building. Through all these years they rebuild it several times. In 2012 the latest drastic renovation was finished. Now you can sleep here again, enjoy a nice breakfast, lunch and dinner or party in the club, called 1660. You find this impressive building at Dagelijks Groenmarkt 13 in Den Haag.
