About

This is one of my favorite buildings in the city, the old home of the Haagsche Commissie Bank at Prins Hendrikstraat 39 in Den Haag, built in 1915. The banks vault is still present in the building. Nowadays most people still know it as The Tempel, a popular disco during the 90’s. I have some very sweet memories about those nights.. It closed in 2005 and now it’s the home of archaeological department of the city.
