After months of renovating the Yoghurt Barn finally opened its doors today! And let’s be honest, it was worth the wait! The former Bang and Olufson building looks awesome and very modern (seriously those walls and furniture..).
You might know Yoghurt Barn, because there are a few other barns over Holland already. The one in our city is the biggest so far (whoooop!), super friendly Marlies -the ‘Yoghurt Manager’- and her fresh team run this cool place.
Let me tell you more about this Yoghurt (galore) concept. First you choose your yoghurt size (don’t take a small, you will regret it) and than choose your favorite yoghurt. Now it’s getting hard, because they have 7 different ones: skimmed, “boeren”, barn yoghurt, cocos, frozen, soya or goat yoghurt. Then, choose your topping(s), the barn has a big range of nuts, seeds, dried fruits, fresh fruits, chocolates and cookies to choose from. After this, pick your sauce. One advise: start thinking 😉
Having a hard time choosing? Yoghurt Barn also has specials on the menu to make your life a little easier. Combinations like mango and brownie (named Mango Bango)? Hell YES!
Besides yoghurt, the barn also sells drinks, their teas are really interesting. What about Champagne tea or “Hello Sunshine”? Again, a lot of choices! The high teas at Yoghurt Barn are legendary and worth the try for sure.
So if you are looking for me, there’s is big change you will find me on the first floor of the barn (being interesting with my laptop) or sitting outside on their terrace… enjoying my (frozen) yoghurt in the sun!
